6/24 Large Item Trash Pickup
Each household is limited to 1 large item for free (if you have more than 1 large item, consider coordinating with a neighbor who doesn’t have any!)
Please check the list of acceptable and not acceptable bulk items.
Additional large item pickups can be scheduled year-round for a fee if you contact KC Disposal.

9/20 Neighborhood Picnic
in the Nieman cul-de-sacSome food is provided, but we encourage you to bring a dish to share! In case of inclement weather, our rainout date will be one week later on 9/27.
Trash Pickup
The HOA purchases waste disposal services for the neighborhood. By doing so, we can purchase trash and recycling pick-up services at a significant discount, compared to the cost if you were to purchase this individually.
Our current trash service is KC Disposal. Pickup of trash, recycling, and yard waste occurs every Tuesday morning.
Holidays that may affect your pick-up day include:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
Please note: Only holidays that fall on Monday – Friday will affect your pick-up day (All routes will be delayed one day). Those on weekends have no effect.
