Although these restrictions are still in place for every lot within College Hill, enforcement was turned over to the neighborhood when the College Hill Homes Association was established.

Written consent from the College Hill Homes Association is required if you would like to perform maintenance or make changes to the property that are ordinarily prohibited under the deed restrictions.
